THE TEAM
Jo is the founder of SWSS. She writes the courses, marks work and answers questions via email and messenger. She has four degrees in biological sciences, theoretical and computational neuroscience, biomedical physics and a PGCE in secondary science (outstanding) from Kings college, London. She is a fully qualified teacher with QTS.
Steve is a senior lecturer in theoretical physics and chemistry at the University of Exeter. He runs our live sessions. He has worked at multiple universities and companies across the country including University College London (UCL). His highest qualification is a PhD in quantum mechanics and currently works on solving our global energy crisis.
Cherry has helped SWSS students since 2017 by organising study groups and running live drop in Q & A sessions. She was home educated achieving straight level 8s and 9s at IGCSE and A* at A level. She is extremely knowledgable of the Edexcel IGCSE syllabus and is currently planning to travel Europe in her van.
Diane runs all admin for SWSS, with over 30 years of experience working in schools and offices across Europe.
She has a degree in business administration.
