COMMON QUESTIONS
How much is the course? We are proud to say we have managed to keep prices low since 2016. Each IGCSE is £100. Double science is £300.
Are there live lessons? Yes, we run weekly webinars (on zoom). They start every September and you can complete over 2 academic years or 1 (September - November the following year).
Must I have my camera and microphone on? No.
Can siblings join live lessons? Yes. However, if they wish to have their own student account to complete assignments and track progress there is a £25 per subject charge. This is to cover marking.
Double science requires three sibling accounts for the three subjects taken. Double science students have the same amount of marking as taking three sciences separately.
Are lessons recorded? Your course includes a complete 'ready to go' IGCSE of pre-recorded videos, assignments and notes. You can attend live sessions if or when needed.
Can I complete at my own pace? Yes. Most follow the September 2 year timetable, but you are free to start and end when you like. Bear in mind you will have until June 2027 to complete.
Exam board: Edexcel
Can I pay by instalments? Yes. We currently work with Klarna to offer interest free instalments. Complete at checkout.
Please be aware that Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Late fees may apply. Ts&Cs apply.
Final assessment: Two exam papers. No coursework or practical exam.
Is the exam included? No, you will need to organise these with your chosen centre.
Is there a trial pre-recorded lesson? Yes. Click here to view.
What is included in the price? All that is required to pass the exam with a level 9.
